Lifting & Rigging Supervisor
- Having knowledge for rule or regulations of Lifting & Rigging (both Local and International).
- Possess good ability in data analysis and good in reporting.
- Having experience related Lifting Gears (Certified as Lifting Gears Inspector is an advantage)
- Good Experiences in Lifting and Rigging Supervisor
- Good knowledge and Familiar with the JSA / JRA process, good coordination in Heavy and Critical Lifting)
Maintenance Engineer
- Familiar with procedure static and rotating equipment installation and preservation.
- Familiar with method statements for equipment installation and other maintenance activities.
- Having experience to prepare plan and schedule for maintenance & electrician equipment installation in general.
- Having experience to review and monitoring all maintenance & electrician activities.
- Having Experience to breakdown Heavy & Electric Equipment.
Lead E&I Inspector
- Good Leadership and ability in problem solving, expediting issue, for close ended.
- Understanding the detail in inspection of ex requirement for hazardous area.
- Familiar with Project specification, Engineering Datasheet and any other relevant standard utilized in E&I, T, HVAC.
- Familiar with mechanical completion, Pre comm/comm. And intergrated equipment test.
- Familiar with system completion such as : Check, Verify, all activities as detailed in ITR, Test Sheet, Com, Check sheet.
- Familiar with E&I, T, HVAC testing including : Megger test, resistant test, function test, Performance test/site acceptance test, loop test, OTDR test, Duct leak test, and any other test as required for commissioning.
- Having Experienced in Oil & Gas Project with one of them involved in commissioning process system of top side, skid module or refinery plan.
Welder:
Welder 6G SMAW (Structure)
Welder 6GR SMAW (Structure)
Welder GTAW + SMAW CS 6G (Piping)
Welder 3G/4G FCAW GS (Structure)
General Requirements:
- S1 Degree or Minimum diploma (D3) in any discipline (1)
- S1 Degree or Minimum diploma (D3) in Electrician & Mechanical Major (2)
- S1 Degree in Electrician & Instrument Major (3)
- At least 5 years experiences as a Lifting & Rigging Supervisor in Fabrication or Construction(1)
- At least 5 years experiences as Maintenance Engineer ideally for Oil & Gas projects(2)
- At least 5 years experiences in the E&I, T, HVAC Installation (3)
- Having experience more than 2 years as Welder in Oil and Gas / fabrication and construction field or Shipyard (4)
- Bilingual in English and Indonesian & Proficiency MS Office Application.
- Must be able to work independently or Team Work
- Good Communication, having Good Leadership and analytical,
- Excellent Problem Solving &interpersonal skill
