Industrial Management Controller 
Mission:

• The Industrial Management Controller controls the level of expenses and investments of the entity or perimeter and the plant gross margin.
• He/She coordinates the preparation and analysis of several reports and documents, such as weekly indicators follow up, monthly green book including budget.

Responsibilities:

• Control/Analyze budget, Forecast and monthly result for overhead & personal cost & material consumption. Each variance needs to be explained and an improvement plan needs to be defined and followed with other departments.
• Ensure that monthly closing is done timely and accurately.
• High willingness to go to the production floor (Genba) and understand the logic and reflection in the system.
• Ensure that the data of MRP (SAP user is an advantage) reflects the actual cost.
• Continuous improvement & logical mindset is a must.
• Must alert immediately the Financial Controller in case of any important risk for the company
• Communicate a mindset of continuous improvement & responsibility vs targets achievement .
• Mature, responsible, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

Education, Professional Experience and Key Competences:

• Degree in Finance and Accounting
• Working experience at least 3 years in manufacturing company as a Management Controller
• Excellent in English written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Advanced excel skills are required to provide the level of detail expected.

Production Supervisor
Responsibilities:

• Manage people and production
• Manage Continuous Improvement
• Active participation to accomplish all internal requirements (ISO14001, ISO 50001, TS 16949, Valeo 1000, Valeo 5000, OHSAS 18001) applicable with the positions activities.
• Compliance of all internal legal safety, ergonomic, environmental and energy requirements.
• Accomplishment of all internal and external customer requirements.
• The above mentioned activities are not limited, and maybe extended to other cross-functional activities, when required the organization

Education, Professional Experience and Key Competences:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent
• At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for Production Supervisor.
• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
• Strong leadership to build excellent relationship in team
• Good attitude and able to work under pressure and minimum supervision
• Have experience in manufacturing and lean manufacturing
• If not graduate good experience as supervisor of production in manufacturing plant
• Able communicate in English will be advantage
• Spend most of time in Genba
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply

Shop Floor Analyst
Mission:

• Effectively assist deployment and support Factory of Future Program related to shop floor application Including Barflow, MES, e-BTT, e-RO, e-WS, ect.
• Provide Functional training and support site users.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient deployment and support of standard Shop Floor Applications, Systems and Processes.
• Assist with business specification and design of Physical Flow ( Inbound, production, outbound)
• Asist to deploy Barflow System: functional design and tool implementation
• Effectively come up with continuous improvement ideas and implement them
• Lead and implement group standard Barflow system in site.
• Communicate with Barcode system vendor(s) and with Barcode competency center
• Work closely with ITC and SAP Business teams ( SSC/Site Functional & Process stakeholders and External vendors )

Education, Professional Experience and Key Competences:

• Bachelor Degree in IT/IS
• At least 2 years of SAP working knowledge, Oracle DB & OPC Server
• At least 2 years of MES & Barflow equipments support knowledge in Production environment.
• English verbal & written, and good communication skill

Automation Engineer
Mission:

• Responsible for software and versions on automated equipment and PLCs for new projects.
• Respect and lead HSE standards in his fields
• Respect and support quality standards from both Valeo and customers

Responsibilities:

• Define Sequential Function Charts (SFCs) for assembly stations used internally or outsourced
• Develop, tune and set process automation stations
• Is familiar with cobots
• Assess and make reception of process stations
• Respect and ensure respect of IProM.
• Responsible for stations process development schedule in line with CLEAN
• Respect and ensure respect of safety and VPS rules and guidelines during the process development.
• Ensure coordination between process development and product definition
• Improve the TRP of equipments supporting the improvement of the performance.
• make Continuous Improvement, working in Cycle Time reduction of automated cells, focusing on bottlenecks.
• Responsible for all process related documentation
• Alert the managers when standards are not met.
• Secure the automated stations/ equipments (back-ups)
• Work on connection of PLCs to Manufacturing Execution System, with error codes management & traceability features implementation.

Education, Professional Experience and Key Competences:

• Automation Engineering Degree
• At least 3 years in Production Automation
• Lean Process
• English verbal & written, and good communication skill
