Engineer

Job description

Able to independently produce interface drawings between related disciplines: ship piping system, electrical system, mechanical system, hull, outfitting and carpentry.
Review engineering drawings to Classification, regulatory requirements and client specifications
Review and resolve interdisciplinary design and technical issues to ensure the most effective and efficient design is adopted
Able to conduct or participate in design review activities
Able to demonstrate knowledge of procedures and practical application of skills

Job Requirement

At least 5 of relevant working experience in Marine Shipyard.
Possess excellent spatial skill.
Good command of written and spoken English
A degree in Marine Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Naval Architecture or other relevant engineering disciplines from a recognized tertiary institute.
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to multi-task and able to work in a fast-paced environment
